On the Manage Users page, click the “Create new user” button in the upper right corner. After that you need to enter all the necessary data. Note that the new user can have at most the same rights as you. But fewer rights are always possible.
After that the user is basically created, but in a further step you must assign the access rights. To do so, click on the Edit button in the line of the required user and adjust the settings accordingly.
In the user’s line you will find the Edit button. Here you can make the most important settings for the selected user:
- User role
- Access rights
- Time zone
- Notification settings
- Reset password
