The mobile data connection is established worldwide, no matter where the machine is located. The only requirement is the presence of a mobile phone connection. The machine connects to the cloud storage and the portal via a mobile data connection. This means that no stationary cabling is required.
Complete IoT solution for machines and commercial vehicles
A special feature of the IoT Connect system, the development of which was supported by an SFG grant: It is a complete IoT solution. Other suppliers often only provide the platform – without hardware that can be installed in a machine or commercial vehicle.
Great potential for the IoT Connect System
For the production of the hardware, the so-called link box, we cooperate with a company from Bad Gleichenberg. The cloud storage comes from Amazon – the largest cloud provider in the world. TU Graz is also an important cooperation partner for the IoT Connect System.
